Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on hugostrong.com.
We ship within Canada only.
Orders from Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories are not serviced.
No overseas or international shipping is available.

Delivery delays may occur due to carriers. Deliveries are made to residential addresses only. Returns must be made at your expense to our head office (see the Terms of Sale and Refund Policy section for the full address).

1. Special conditions

We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more in Quebec (*) and Ontario only, with the exception of the Lower North Shore, where shipping fees apply.
Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses.
No deliveries are made to P.O. boxes.
The billing address must match the credit card used for payment.

2. Flat-rate shipping fees (Canada only – standard service)

  • Quebec (*) and Ontario: $15
  • (*) excluding the Lower North Shore, where we will contact you to confirm the exact amount
  • Labrador and Newfoundland: $55
  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island: $19
  • Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia: $25

Order tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

3. Order processing and delivery times

Under normal conditions, orders are processed within up to 5 business days. Delays may occur depending on order volume or peak periods, but we make every effort to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.
Hugo Strong cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by out-of-stock items or attributed to the carrier.
