Product refund, return and warranty policy Hugo Strong

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on hugostrong.com.

You will find below information regarding our conditions of sale, return, refund and warranty for products Hugo Strong sold online. If an item does not fully meet your expectations, we accept returns within 15 days following receipt, under certain conditions detailed below.
You must return your items to our warehouse Hugo Strong – WEB, at your expense.

 

Legal notice / Conditions of sale

If the products purchased from Hugo Strong do not fully suit you, returns are accepted within 15 days following receipt, if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been carried

  • It is still in its original box

  • You have the invoice or transaction receipt
    In case the return is not compliant, the product may be returned to you and shipping costs may be charged to you

Christmas shopping

For purchases made from November 1 to December 31, 2026 inclusively, the return period is exceptionally extended for the holiday season.

Eligible items can be returned until January 15, 2027 inclusively, according to the usual conditions of our return policy.

Products returned in new condition only

We offer quality products, new and in perfect condition. Any returned item must be able to be resold:

  • The item must be clean, odorless or pet hair

  • Labels must be fixed

  • The packaging must be intact before inspection by our team

The final assessment of the condition of the product remains at the discretion of Hugo Strong.

  • Articles carried

  • Handed items

  • Damaged items

  • Items on sale or 50% off and more

 

How to make a return

Defective goods: if your item has a defect, please contact us immediately at support@hugostrong.com by attaching product photos so that we can evaluate the situation.
